Date for the \'Music Rocks the Astor\' 2009
Sunday December 6th is set for the date for Music Rocks the Astor Theatre for all Music Rocks ensembles.It is proposed that we split the event in half from last year and have two sessions to cut the length of the event to 2 x 2 hour sessions.It is going to be even bigger than last year and tickets will go on sale through ticketec very soon - don't miss out and bring as many people as you can!!!!

Leonora and Norseman MRA Regional Workshops
The inaugural Leonora and Norseman MRA Regional workshops conducted from August 18th to the 26th were a resounding success.All participants (most of whom had never played music before) performed a concert on the last day of each workshop and a huge turnout for the concert for both Towns was unbelievble.

From here on in we will endeavour to keep the photo gallery updated with photos from Music Rocks activities.Enjoy photos from MRA Metal All-stars 'Death By Beard's' performance at the My Big Gig Festival and photos of the construction of the MRA Base. Me and my family are building the offices and ensemble rooms ourselves and special thanks must go to my dad, Terry Blanchard who is site manager and chief constructionist to the building.
